PACKAGE DETAILS

All coaching packages are based on positive psychology, and are based on the framework of Awareness, Action, and Accountability.

Each coaching package will start with a free phone conversation to see if I’m a good fit for your needs. After you decide to move forward in the coaching direction you will receive an intake packet. In this packet you will have the opportunity to take several assessments, determine what your values are and share other pertinent information with me so I can more effectively guide you through the growth process of coaching.

Together we will decide on the best time and day to meet (zoom or phone). Each weekly session is 60 minutes.

My coaching programs are designed to run sequentially as a series, though they are available individually, depending on your specific health goals.

Along the way I will provide you with relevant resources designed to assist you in the change and growth model.
