 The 5 Principles of Health are a strategic, experiential method of examining your current health situation. Through processes of looking into the emotional, psychological and physical help you to better understand why and how to change negative thoughts about your health.

These principles stem from a lived-out perspective. Having lived with type 1 diabetes and being legally blind I bring a real-life knowledge and experience to help you apply and implement these values and strategies most effectively.

These stratagems help groups and individuals create positive healthy lifestyle choices resulting in a more fulfilling purposeful way to live.

The 5 Principles of Health:

  1. Acknowledge – step out of denial about your current reality.

  2. Accept – your reality without letting it overwhelm you, looking at limiting beliefs.

  3. Address – now that you’ve looked your current reality, you need to prepare for actually making a change.

  4. Action – unpacking the 5 advantages of good health techniques.

  5. Accountability – accessing support and resources to continue the changes and adapting to your new goals.
