The Intake is a 90-minute session that allows Annette to get to know you better. You will be sent a form to fill out along with links to 3 important assessments. During the Intake we will review all of this information specifically looking at the goals you desire to reach. This will be the guiding factor in the subsequent sessions for the coach and client to “be on the same page.”
